Troy Shirbroun

Troy has been a resident of North Georgia for 13 years. After a very successful career in the hospitality industry, Troy and his wife, Erica began their exciting journey as real estate investors and property managers in 2008.  Troy quickly fell in love with the business, making the decision to become a licensed Realtor in 2018.  He prides himself in developing genuine, quality relationships with his clients, keeping their needs at the front and center of everything he does. This client-centric approach has allowed Troy to quickly earn a solid reputation in the North Georgia market, an area that he is truly passionate about.

In his free time, Troy enjoys cooking, volunteering in the Blue Ridge community, and spending plenty of outdoor time in the beautiful north Georgia mountains, where he and his wife reside.  He is an active board member of the Kiwanis Club of Blue Ridge, a board member of the Blue Ridge Business Association, and an Ambassador of the Fannin County Chamber of Commerce.  Finally, Troy is also an accomplished professional photographer (a passion that started in his teens), traveling the world on photo shoots.
